This offer is limited to one redemption per coupon entry code. Delivery to valid U.S. addresses only including U.S. territories and military addresses. Magazine Bonus reserves the right to limit the number of subscriptions or redemptions fulfilled to a total of four (4) redemptions per household per month and/or ten (10) redemptions per household during any 12 month period unless stated otherwise. Each coupon code is redeemable only by the original recipient. Coupons or entry codes may not be sold or otherwise transferred to any third party. Lost or stolen coupons or codes will not be cancelled or replaced. Magazine Bonus reserves the right to deny any redemption which does not comply with the exact terms governing this offer and further reserves the right to deny any and all redemptions it deems to have resulted from an attempt to violate or otherwise circumvent the terms of this offer. MagazineGold reserves the right to reject any orders generated with codes that have not been generated or issued by either Magazine Gold, or a MagazineBonus Network Member company, or any orders which are not directly linked to a qualifying product purchase or some other action specified by either Magazine Gold or a MagazineBonus Network Member company. Cash redemption checks must be cashed by the recipient within 90 days of the date of issue. Lost or expired cash redemption checks cannot be replaced or reissued.
The failure of Magazine Bonus to exercise any right or enforce any provision provided in these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its prior or subsequent right to do so.
